Check-In and Check-Out Policies

•Check-in: 4:00 PM

•Check-out: 12:00 PM



•Late Checkout Hours: 12:30 PM

•Late Checkout Fee: USD 40.00

Cancel 24 hours prior to arrival to avoid a one-night accommodation charge.

• The Lodge at Riverside does not allow pets. Service Animals are allowed but must be declared at the time of reservation. Undeclared animals will incur a fee of $250 to the room folio.
• The property is a non-smoking property. Rooms, balconies, and the pool area are smoke-free. A fee of $500 will be charged to the room folio per occurrence. Smoking is allowed in designated areas only.
• A valid ID and associated credit card are required at check-in. Credit cards are authorized for the entire stay at check-in. Cash is accepted at check out only.
• Daily housekeeping service is available upon request, otherwise stayover rooms are serviced every third day.

SMS and Text Messaging Policy

We use a guest messaging platform to communicate with you regarding your stay. By providing your phone number during the booking process, you consent to receive text messages from the property.

Purpose: Text messaging may be used to send check-in instructions, access information, room readiness updates, and to respond to your requests during your stay.

Opt-Out: You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive. You will receive a final confirmation message, after which no further SMS messages will be sent.

Help: If you experience issues or need assistance, you may reply HELP or contact the front desk directly.

Privacy of Mobile Data: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
