These rooms are an economical choice for couples or adults traveling with small children. The king Serta Presidential Pillow Top bed is wrapped in crisp white linens and topped with a feather comforter tucked into a luxury duvet. With this room selection, you can enjoy all of the extra in-room amenities you come to expect, like Aveda spa products and plush terrycloth bathrobes, at a lower cost than our over-sized Deluxe river-facing rooms with patios or balconies. The outdoor seasonal pool, yard, and seating area, all overlooking the Rogue River, are easily accessible from the Standard rooms.

Like all of our guest-rooms, these rooms offer the Serta Presidential Pillow Top beds – the finest in the industry!The outdoor seasonal pool, yard, and seating area, all overlooking the Rogue River, are easily accessible from the Standard rooms. 

Accessible Queen Queen Non-Riverfacing

Our ADA Compliant guestroom is easily accessible from the parking lot and offers two plush Serta Presidential Pillow Top queen beds. The beds are wrapped in crisp white linens with fluffy down comforters for ultimate comfort. This room has been retrofitted with safety and convenience in mind. The door thresholds are mobility device friendly, and the bathroom is appointed with a full size, anti-slip bathtub, shower chair, detachable showerhead and safety bars for safe and independent bathing. Our staff is glad to porter your luggage to and from your room. In order to keep the proximity of this room accessible to the parking lot, this room does not have a river facing patio or balcony. There is mobility device friendly access to the river side of our property where one can enjoy our beautiful lawn, outdoor seasonal pool and seating area overlooking the Rogue River.

Cottage King Non-Riverfacing

Occupancy: up to 2

The Cottage King is a stand-alone room that offers the greatest privacy. You enter the Cottage through the gate of your private, fully-fenced patio and yard. Beautiful French doors open into the grand room with a king Serta Presidential Pillow Top bed, flat-screen TV, sitting area and writing desk. The large bathroom features a walk-in shower, double vanity with natural light, and over-sized closet with full-length mirrors. The Cottage is the closest accommodation to the morning’s hot breakfast, and most far away from the downtown streets. The yard, outdoor seasonal pool, and seating area overlooking the Rogue River are easily accessible. The Cottage itself does not face the river or have a river view. Like the guestrooms in our main lodge, the Cottage King is appointed with Aveda spa products, terrycloth robes, coffeemaker, refrigerator, Serta Presidential Pillow Top bed, and independent heating and air conditioning. A microwave is available upon request.

Deluxe King Ground Floor Riverfacing

The Deluxe King Ground Floor guestrooms are ideal for single travelers, couples, or families with small children. The over-sized first floor room offers a patio that faces the Rogue River and pool area, with large windows and a sliding door to get the most out of your beautiful view. Layers of luxurious blackout and semi-opaque curtains provide complete privacy with the perfect amount of light. The Serta Presidential Pillow Top bed is wrapped in crisp white linens and a feather comforter. For larger groups, these rooms comfortably fit an additional rollaway bed that sleeps one person for $25 per night. It is also possible to reserve a Deluxe Two Queen room that adjoins to a Deluxe King room. To reserve adjoining rooms, we highly recommend that you call the inn to make your reservation. The Junior King guestrooms are our most economical rooms that offer a Rogue River view from the patio or balcony. They are a bit smaller than the Deluxe guestrooms while still allowing plenty of space for your stay. Your comfort is guaranteed with our top-notch in-room amenities like cozy terrycloth bathrobes, down-filled comforters, coffeemakers, refrigerators, high-speed wireless internet, flat-screen TVs with HDMI and more. These compact rooms offer a full-sized bathtub and shower adorned with Aveda Spa products.

Master Suite Riverview

Occupancy: up to 4

The Master Suite is a two-room suite with a jetted bathtub, gas fireplace, private balcony, and river view. The master bedroom features a king Serta Presidential Pillow Top bed wrapped in a down comforter, with French sliding doors opening to the private balcony. The main room has distinct dining and sitting areas for a comfortable, homey feel. The sitting area overlooks the Rogue River and includes a queen sleeper sofa for sleeping up to four guests total in this suite. Like all of our guestrooms, the Master Suite is adorned with our carefully selected Aveda Spa Products, terrycloth bathrobes, flat-screen TV with HDMI and much more.
