Breakfast & Evening Treats

Daily Hot Breakfast Buffet

  • Hours: 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM Daily | Location: Pine Room
  • Offerings: Complimentary full hot breakfast including scrambled eggs, bacon or sausage, fresh waffles or pancakes, biscuits and gravy, fresh fruit, cereals, bagels, and fresh pastries.


Afternoon Wine & Cheese Social

  • Hours: 4:30 PM – 7:00 PM Daily | Location: Main Lobby
  • Offerings: Complimentary local wine and cheese reception to help you unwind after a day on the river.


Bedtime Cookies & Milk

  • Hours: 7:30 PM – 9:00 PM Daily | Location: Main Lobby
  • Offerings: Freshly baked night-time cookies paired with chilled milk.


Front Desk & Guest Services

Front Desk Hours

  • 7:00 AM – 11:00 PM (Dial 0 from room). For after-hours assistance, please call (541) 476-6873.


Check-In / Check-Out

  • Check-in begins at 3:00 PM. Check-out is at 12:00 PM (Noon). Express check-out, luggage storage, and extended departure requests are available via the Front Desk.


Dry Cleaning & Valet Laundry

  • Laundry bags and forms are in your guest room closet. Drop off garments at the Front Desk by 8:30 AM (Monday–Friday) for return by 6:00 PM same day.


Business Services & Mail

  • Faxing ($1.00/page), photocopying, printing, and lobby computer access are available in the lobby business center. Outgoing mail drop-box and postage stamps are at the Front Desk.


Gift Shop

  • Located in the main lobby featuring branded Lodge souvenirs, logo hats, apparel, coffee mugs, and regional gifts.

In-Room Comforts & Convenience

Housekeeping Policy

  • Full cleaning services are performed every third day to support our eco-sustainability initiatives. Daily service or extra linens, towels, and Aveda toiletries are available upon request—contact the Front Desk.

Refrigerators & Hairdryers

  • Included in every guest room. Additional cold storage is available in the lobby refrigerator upon request.


Iron & Ironing Board

  • Stored in guest room closets.


Ice Machine & Vending

  • Ice buckets are provided in every room. The commercial ice machine and beverage vending area are located on the 1st floor (west end).


Wi-Fi & Telephones

  • High-speed Wi-Fi is free property-wide. Dial 9 for local outgoing calls; dial 0 for the Front Desk or room-to-room dialing.

Entertainment & Television Lineup

  • Each guest room features flat-screen cable TVs with full HD programming and premium channels including HBO (Channels 249–256), ESPN/Pac-12 Sports, local news, kids' channels (Disney, Nick), and lifestyle networks (HGTV, Food Network).
