What time is check-in?
Guaranteed check-in is at 3:00pm. If you would like to check-in early, please give us a call at (541) 955-0600 the morning of your arrival so that we can make every effort to have your room ready at your arrival time.
What time is check-out?
Check-out is at Noon. If you would like a late check-out, please call the front desk at (541) 955-0600 the morning of your departure and we will make every effort to accommodate your request.
Can I pay in cash?
Upon check-in, we must have a valid credit card on file to authorize for the amount of your stay. At check-out, you may pay in cash and the authorization on the credit card will be released according to the cardholder policy (usually 1-3 business days). We do not accept a cash deposit for the stay at check-in.
Do you price match?
Yes. If you find a price for one of our rooms with the same room type, number of guests and stay-dates, please let our front desk know. If they are able to verify the reduced rate, they will match the price.
Not Pet Friendly - what are the details?
The Lodge at Riverside does not allow pets. If you are traveling with a service animal, please be sure to declare your animal at check-in to avoid incuring additional cleaning fees. If you are traveling with a pet, we encourage you to check out our sister location Riverside Inn just one block away, also overlooking the Rogue River.
Do all rooms face the river?
No. Only our Master Suite, Deluxe, and Junior King rooms are river-facing.
Do you have adjoining rooms?
We do have adjoining rooms, but cannot guarantee them when booking online. If you would like adjoining rooms, we recommend that you call us directly to book your reservation so that we can make every effort to assure that you get the rooms you desire.
Are there refrigerators?
Every room comes equipped with a refrigerator.
Are there microwaves?
Microwaves are available by special request. When you book your room, be sure to request a microwave in the “Special Requests” section of the booking process, or give us a call at (541) 955-0600.
Are additional beds available?
Rollaway beds that sleep one person are available in most guest rooms for $25/night. If you believe you will need a rollaway bed, please call our front desk to make your reservation so we can assigned a room that will accommodate a rollaway bed.
How much is parking?
We have generous free parking available to all of our guests.
Do you have an elevator?
No, we do not have an elevator. If you need assistance carrying your luggage to a second floor room, feel welcome to request assistance at the front desk during your check-in.
Do you serve alcohol?
A selection of beer and wine is available for sale to our guests 21 and over with valid ID. We also serve a wine and cheese reception each afternoon from 4:30 PM to 7:00 PM
Is there river access from the hotel?
There is not direct river access from the hotel. A short walk across the bridge will bring you to Riverside Park along the Rogue River with disc golf, play structures, a water fountain playground, a traditional playground, group gathering areas, sporting fields and opportunities to feed local wildlife.
What's nearby?
On our property, you can find fresh sushi at Ahi Sushi, massage and acupuncture by appointment at Acupuncture at Riverside. Across the street is Tap Rock Northwest Grill overlooking the Rogue River. Across the bridge you will find popular Riverside Park. Our inn is in comfortable walking distance to Historic Downtown Grants Pass and attractions.
