Dear Valued Guest,

Thank you for staying at The Lodge at Riverside in beautiful southern Oregon! The past few years have been challenging times for all of us, and we appreciate your patience, loyalty and support. To assure superior standards in safety and cleaning, The Lodge at Riverside will continue to comply with any future local, state and federal health mandates.

We know you expect the highest level of cleanliness when it comes to choosing hotel accommodations, and our goal is to deliver just that! We remain totally committed to providing a safe, clean and inviting environment for our guests and employees. Enhanced and thorough cleaning protocols are used throughout the property to clean and sanitize our guestrooms and public spaces.

There are many wonderful sites to discover and things to do in our area.  Staff is ready to answer any questions you may have.

SPARKLINGLY CLEAN GUESTROOMS

Prior to your arrival, your room has been thoroughly cleaned using enhanced
cleaning protocols which were introduced at the beginning of the COVID pandemic.
Guestrooms are cleaned with EPA’s “Registered Antimicrobial Products for Use Against
Novel Coronavirus SARS-CoV-2” (the virus that causes the disease COVID-19).

GUESTROOM CLEANING DURING YOUR STAY

Housekeeping is currently limited to every THIRD MORNING. Additional housekeeping service is available only by request.

Call the Front Desk prior to 12:00 noon if you would like to request additional housekeeping service. Cleaning will only be done when guests are not present in the room.

Fresh linens and towels will be delivered to your room, upon request. Amenities, such as shampoo, conditioner and coffee, may be requested at the same time. Requests should be made by noon.

BREAKFAST

Breakfast is available daily in the Pine Room from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM.  Seating is limited in the breakfast area and may be subject to availability.

SWIMMING POOL

OPEN: May 1 to Late September

POOL HOURS – 10:00 am to 10:00 pm

CLEANING – Before opening each day, all pool furniture is thoroughly cleaned.
Cleaning of furniture and gates is continued throughout the day

TOWELS – Pool towels are available at the pool.
Guestroom towels are not to be used in the pool area.
